At Snel Solutions, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital IPTV service, we have specific conditions for refunds to ensure transparency and fairness.


1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are not issued once a subscription or plan has been activated and the service has been accessed.

  • Refunds are only available for situations where the service could not be accessed due to technical issues originating on our end, after all troubleshooting attempts have been exhausted.


2. Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for temporary service interruptions caused by user-end connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or maintenance updates.


3. Free Trial:

  • A one-hour free trial is available for users to evaluate the service quality before purchasing a subscription. This trial allows users to experience Snel Solutions' offerings risk-free and decide if they wish to proceed with a paid plan.

  • By proceeding to purchase after the trial, users acknowledge that they are satisfied with the service quality, which limits the grounds for a refund post-purchase.


4. How to Request a Refund:

  • In the event of an eligible technical issue, please contact our customer support team at contact@sneliptv.net within 24 hours of purchase. Include details of the issue and steps attempted for resolution.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.


5. Payment Processing:

  • Payments are securely handled by a third-party processor. Refunds, where applicable, will also be processed via hird-party processor according to their policies and timelines.


6. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Change of mind after activation.

  • Issues caused by third-party devices, network configurations, or services outside Snel Solutions’ control.
